What is BW FORGED CO.?

BW FORGED CO. is our bespoke forged wheel division, focused on creating wheels that are built specifically for each vehicle.

We offer forged aluminium and magnesium wheels in monoblock, multi-piece and beadlock designs, with custom widths, offsets, PCDs, centre bores and finishes available.

Every set is individually designed and hand-finished in-house here in Sydney. From the initial design through to the final finish, we take care of the details to make sure the wheels are exactly what the customer is after.

No off-the-shelf combinations. Just wheels built around your car.
What is a forged wheel?

A forged wheel starts with a solid piece of forged aluminium or magnesium, which is then machined into its final shape.

The forging process creates a strong, lightweight wheel with the ability to achieve complex designs and precise specifications.
What is the difference between forged and cast wheels?

Cast wheels are made by pouring molten metal into a mould. Forged wheels are produced from forged material and then CNC machined into shape.

Forged wheels generally offer greater strength-to-weight potential and allow much more freedom when it comes to custom sizing, offsets and design.
Are the wheels made to order?

Our forged wheels are built to order around the customer’s vehicle and specifications.

We don’t stock every possible combination of size, offset, PCD and finish because that’s not what BW FORGED CO. is about.

Where are BW FORGED CO. wheels designed?

All BW FORGED CO. wheels are designed in Australia.

Our designs are developed around the vehicle and the intended application, with the final specifications, fitment and finish carefully considered before each set is produced.

Where are BW FORGED CO. wheels finished?

All BW FORGED CO. wheels are individually hand-finished in-house in Sydney, Australia.

This allows us to inspect every wheel personally and gives us much greater control over the final finish and details.

What are BW FORGED CO. wheels recommended for?

Our wheels are recommended for off-road and show use, depending on the specific wheel and application.

Every vehicle is different, so the correct wheel construction, size, load rating and specifications need to be selected for the intended use.
